The ways to get posture information are unclear.

Related information is not fully trusted.

Maintaining correct posture requires significant effort.

Lack of awareness of the seriousness.

Based on the Interview, We made two persona

Define Problem

“What if there is a coach that could correct your posture in real-time during daily activities?”

Testing & Improvement

After creating a low-fi prototype, our team conducted usability testing.

Based on the insights from the test, we developed a hi-fi prototype.

Review

It seems you thoroughly understood and solidly executed each step of the process. However, be careful that the service doesn’t come across as nagging to users trying to correct their posture.

Delivered the final presentation to a Shinhan Bank UX designer and SK Telecom planning team leader.

If improvements are made…

  • I would add fun elements to the UX writing that provides real-time posture guidance, ensuring it appeals to the target audience of teenagers and young adults.
